Registered Nurse (RN)
$20,000 Sign-on Bonus with two (2) year commitment to that role. Open to external applicates who have not been previously employed by CMC in the last rolling 9 months.
Status/FTE: FT / 0.8-1.0
Shift length: 12 hours
Start Time: 0700
Unit: ICU
Schedule Requirements (including weekends, holidays): Three 12-hour shifts each week and every third weekend
Summary: The RN utilizes the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care of patients from admission to discharge or transfer, provides expert care and education in the critical care setting, acts as a patient advocate, leader, mentor, and positive role model for assistive personnel.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- Current state RN license
- Associate s degree from an accredited nursing school
- BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire
- ACLS required within six months of hire
- One (1) year of ICU experience
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN
- Experience in critical care
- Previous experience with Intra Aortic Balloon Pump, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy
- CCRN certification
