Seeking a Weekend Supervisor RN at our Helena location with a $2000 sign-on bonus.
Position SummarySupervise staff, monitor patients, implement treatments, develop care plans, administer medications, and communicate with families to ensure high-quality resident care in compliance with regulations.
Essential Functions- Provide top-tier patient care
- Document care and resident status promptly
- Communicate with physicians
- Manage medications safely and accurately
- Respond to emergencies and administer CPR
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Graduate of an accredited RN program; BSN preferred
- Current RN licensure and CPR certification
- Six months long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Must pass background checks prior to contact with residents.
