Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager in Missoula, MT. The Project Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, creating and managing projects and timelines in the online project management platform, coordinating with internal functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of services. The PM will lead campaign projects and work closely with the creative team, digital team, and media teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that meet client objectives.

• Schedule and attend internal team and client meetings, take notes and document due outs (schedule changes, new project details, etc.)
• Creates timelines, schedules, prioritizes deliverables and provides clear direction to creative, media, web and production teams.
• Manages projects for multi-channel marketing programs (production, digital & content marketing, social strategy and more).
• Coordinates timelines and the review/approval of deliverables with the client through their project management system.
• Assists in the administration of the account by creating project management SOPs and guides that align with statements of work.

• Manages projects from inception through the final deliverables, including developing and updating detailed project timelines.
• Facilitates the development of creative strategy and reviews creative.
• Understands and manages factors related to account profitability, client satisfaction and client retention.

• Manages multiple project deliverables, including the development of timelines and budgets.
• Partners with supervisor to develop project cost estimates and manage project costs.
• Responsible for accurate and timely billing (hours tracking, hours estimating).
