We are seeking an experienced and talented Resort Director of Food and Beverage candidate to operate this high end, high volume resort program. Located in the heart of the Blackfoot Valley in western Montana, this resort’s sole mission is to provide an exceptional lifetime experience to each and every guest staying at the resort. If you possess an innate desire to create an experience of a lifetime, this is the resort for you.

Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following:

  • College Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or related field of study or minimum of ten years of food and beverage management.
  • Ability and experienced in the daily management of a food and beverage staff consisting of 75+ staff members
  • Experienced in the development and control of the overall Food and Beverage operations (both revenue and expense) for all guests including design and scripting of all menus, service enhancements, special events, off property dining venues and camp dining.
  • Passion for developing and mentoring a team
  • Proficiency with financial statements, scheduling, payroll, accounting and progressive discipline.
  • Strong honesty, integrity and guest-oriented philosophy

Salary Range & Benefits

  • Starting salary range is $90k to $100k depending upon experience
  • On site housing provided
  • Medical and Life Insurance Coverage
  • Annual Performance / Salary Review
