Seeking an experienced Lead Nurse Injector (RN) or Nurse Practitioner Injector (NP) in Missoula, MT, for a full-time leadership role in medical aesthetics and regenerative medicine.

• Deliver expert cosmetic treatments including neurotoxins, fillers, microneedling, and biostimulators.
• Develop personalized, holistic treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
• Mentor team members, support clinical training, and uphold safety and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with leadership on protocols, service innovation, and quality improvement.
• Possibility for NPs to assume Medical Director backup duties and serve as trainers in an educational academy.

Requirements: Valid MT RN/NP license, minimum 3 years of aesthetic injecting experience, proficiency in advanced treatments, and leadership skills.
