Overview
Senior Electrophysiology Technologist (SEPT) will perform advanced procedures on patients under the leadership of the Department Manager and the supervision of the Cardiovascular Services Supervisor, using specialized equipment and under the direction of a qualified physician. Procedures include fluoroscopy and digital image capture to support accurate diagnosis and optimal treatment of congenital or acquired heart arrhythmias, while maintaining maximum patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities- Perform advanced electrophysiology procedures using specialized equipment under physician direction.
- Utilize fluoroscopy and digital image capture as part of diagnostic and treatment processes for arrhythmias.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
- Coursework/Training:
Graduate of an accredited school of cardiovascular: RCIS, Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, RCES, Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist, or radiographic technology. - Coursework/Training:
Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist RCES - Upon hire:
Montana Radiologic Technologist - Upon hire:
National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International, or - Upon hire:
National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association - Upon hire:
National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association - 4 years electrophysiology technologist with ability to demonstrate similar competencies as required for employment as a SEPT rick Hospital.

Posted are the minimum and maximum wage rates for this position. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range will be based on relevant job experience and other factors.
