Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated  Occupational Therapist (OT)  to join a supportive rehab team in  O'Fallon, Missouri . This full-time, permanent role offers consistent day shifts, competitive pay, and the opportunity to help patients regain independence and improve daily functioning.

Responsibilities
Assess, plan, and implement individualized OT treatment plans
Assist patients with daily living skills, adaptive equipment, and functional activities
Monitor and document patient progress
Educate patients, families, and caregivers
Collaborate within an interdisciplinary rehab team
Requirements
Active Missouri OT license (or ability to obtain)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Prior rehab or clinical experience preferred
