Job SummaryCoordinates the daily operations of a Physician Practice. Ensure the day to day operations of the practice run smoothly, safely and efficiently, policies and procedures are maintained and adhered to.
Essential Functions- To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Assists in supervising assigned staff under the management of a practice manager/director.
- Oversee supply management, billing process,
- Master schedules, staffing needs, time card edits, competencies
- Facility and IT needs, data tracking and presentation,
- Facilitates good communication inside and outside of the clinic,
- Assists in other clinic roles as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- AA degree or Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated analytical ability to identify problems, develop solutions and implement a chosen course of action.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Two (2) years of experience in a healthcare environment or 4 years of experience in a similar role that has a customer service focus while supporting leadership/management. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
