The Practice Manager II provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations within Providence Medical Group (PMG). May oversee multiple clinics and/or departments. The Practice Manager II works with PMG clinic leadership to develop organizational goals and strategic integration of care and clinical practices to provide an optimal patient experience.
Specific responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, with an emphasis on patient care delivery, high quality customer service, patient satisfaction, staffing, budgeting and efficient allocation and use of available capital and human resources.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree:
Practice Manager II’s hired after 12/1/2016 are required to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field.
- Upon hire: ANCC approved certification
- 2 years of practice management experience highly preferred
- 2 years experience in ambulatory or inpatient healthcare operations preferred.
