• Play a crucial role in supporting surgical procedures by assembling supplies and equipment based on surgeon preferences.
• Inspect equipment to ensure proper working condition and maintain a safe and efficient surgical environment.
• Uphold strict safety and aseptic techniques in the operating room.
• Open sterile packages following proper procedures.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgeon to contribute to seamless and successful procedures.

• CST Certification (Certified Surgical Technologist)
• Completion of a surgical scrub technician program
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills
