Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

In your role, you will support clinicians by performing patient assessments and basic treatments, helping to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient clinical environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
• Current Montana CCMA, CMA, or RMA certification.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certificate or obtained within 60 days after hire.
• Strong critical‑thinking skills, decisive judgement, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, stressful environment.
• Assists with patient assessments and treatments under supervision of a physician or nurse.
• Performs basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection; monitors and communicates patient condition changes.
• Maintains medical equipment and supplies: reordering, stocking, cleaning, troubleshooting.
• Keeps examination areas orderly and clean.
• Assists with keeping patient rooms and common areas stocked, clean, and orderly.
