Responsibilities

Your day to day as a Non-Clinical Float

As a Full-Time Non-Clinical Float, you will have the unique opportunity to work across multiple departments, stepping in as a vital support team member when others are on leave due to illness, vacation, or long-term absences. In this role, you will assist Patient Service Coordinators in our Clinic, Urgent Care, Surgery Center, and Therapy Departments, as well as provide support to X-Ray and MRI Assistants and the Front Office Assistant.

This position enables you to develop a comprehensive understanding of various operational facets within the healthcare setting, enhancing your skills while playing a crucial role in ensuring continuity of care for our patients.

Your versatility will be key in maintaining a smooth workflow, making a positive impact on both team dynamics and patient experiences.

Requirements For This Non-Clinical Float Job

Success as a Full-Time Non-Clinical Float at Missoula Bone & Joint requires a diverse skill set tailored to the fast-paced healthcare environment. A minimum of one year of healthcare experience is preferred for this position. Strong verbal and electronic communication skills are essential, enabling you to engage effectively with both colleagues and patients.
