About Advanced Therapy Clinic
Advanced Therapy Clinic provides ABA, ST, OT, PT, and Nutrition Therapy to children with a variety of disabilities or delays. We help clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community. Our goal is to bring ABA and our other therapies to as many clients as possible. Our clinics are in multiple locations, and we are expanding rapidly but with careful attention to planning and resources.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA
Location: Missoula, Montana
We are looking for a BCBA to join our team and help support our clients with their needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, be creative in their treatment plans, and have excellent communication and leadership skills. The BCBA will be responsible for supervision of our BCaBA’s and RBTs as well as coordinating and providing services in ABA, functional analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reductions procedures, and adaptive life skills.
Job Types: Part Time to Full Time.
Responsibilities & Scope of WorkResponsibilities include:
- Supervision of BCaBA’s and RBT’s
- Coordinating and providing ABA services
- Conducting functional analyses and assessments
- Implementing behavior acquisition and reduction procedures
- Developing and maintaining adaptive life skills programs
- Graduate‑level certification in Behavior Analysis
- Certified by the National Board for Certification
- Compliance with state healthcare regulatory requirements
- Up-to‑date knowledge of treatment practices and behavior therapy programs
- Fun and energetic, with a genuine interest in working with children and adolescents
- Patience and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work well with others and independently
- Flexibility and fluidity with managing a caseload
- Conducting assessments of clients and developing and following treatment plans
- Assessing home and school environments of clients and deciding what adjustments are needed
- Educating caregivers and family members of clients on patient care
- Evaluating results and progress of ABA therapy on clients
- Maintaining professional knowledge and technical progress to provide clients and families with the best treatment program available

Pay: $85,000 – $100,000 per year. Pay increases built in. Willing to match offers!
