About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist/Certified Hand Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality hand therapy services. Your responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating patients and developing personalized plans of care
  • Executing effective treatment programs tailored to individual needs
  • Conducting re‑evaluations to monitor progress and facilitate timely discharges
  • Collaborating with patients and the healthcare team to communicate treatment goals and progress

  • Enhance the lives of those seeking recovery through specialized OT and hand therapy techniques
What Matters Most

Candidates must possess:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational or Physical Therapy program
  • Specialty certification in Hand Therapy or plan to obtain one
  • National registration and Montana state licensure
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience as a practicing hand or occupational therapist
  • Current BLS or ACLS certifications

Success in this role requires strong knowledge of managing patients with hand injuries and disorders, advanced orthopedic skills, effective communication, and familiarity with clinic policies and regulations.
