Senior Surgical Technician - Management Services MT

Description

The primary duties of the Surgical Technician include: being prepared for and knowledgeable of the surgical procedure to be performed, setting up and maintaining a sterile field, anticipating and assisting the surgeon as necessary, working with the circulating nurse and other members of the surgical team, maintaining familiarity with all OR equipment and instruments, and caring for specimens and performing other related duties.

• Associate's Degree in Surgical Tech program
• Upon hire:
  National Certified Surgical Technologist – National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS – American Heart Association

• 1 year in Operating Room experience.
