A conservation education organization is seeking two Field Education Specialists to guide high school students in an experiential learning program based in Montana. Successful candidates will provide mentorship, lead environmental education activities, and assist in all aspects of program execution from planning through delivery. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong teamwork skills, and outdoor leadership experience.

Compensation includes hourly pay plus room and board during the field season.
