Required Skills:

Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Cardiology Valid Medical License in the relevant state Proven experience in hospital and outpatient cardiology care Ability to perform and interpret echocardiograms Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to adapt to varying clinical settings and schedules Nice to Have

Skills:

Prior experience in a locum or temporary staffing role Familiarity with hospital triage procedures Additional certifications such as ACLS or ATLS

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Preferred

Education and Experience:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution At least 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in cardiology Previous locum or temporary provider experience is advantageous Other Requirements:
Availability to start on or around June 1, 2026 Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and night calls Ability to read and interpret echocardiograms (both general and echo readings) Participation in a 24-hour call schedule, primarily via phone, with minimal on-call patient visits Compliance with hospital policies and all licensing, certification, and travel reimbursements Compensation & Benefits:
