Position: Guest Services Agent Hotel Pm Shifts 3p11p

Are you a hospitality enthusiast with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Best Western Plus Grant Creek Inn in Missoula, MT, is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in experience. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will create a positive impression that sets the tone for a memorable stay.

Join us in delivering outstanding service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for travelers visiting beautiful Missoula! You can also gain an extra $1 per hour every shift if you arrive on time and work your entire scheduled shift! The schedule will be discussed during the interview. Tasks:
  • Registering Guests.
  • Assigning rooms.
  • Taking payments.
  • Accommodating special requests.
  • Ensuring the Guests have a pleasant stay and smooth check-in/check-out.
  • Maintains an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Possesses a solid knowledge of the property management system.
  • Make same-day and future guest reservations.
  • Understand and follow cancellation procedures.
  • Answer multi-line telephone with approved greetings and direct appropriately.
  • Familiarity with room types, hotel information, and possessing sales skills to sell accordingly.
  • Resolves guests’ complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Ensures customer privacy is protected.
  • Document incidents and relevant shift information with details and appropriately.
  • Maintains a high level of professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Customer Service or the Hospitality Industry.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills/computer proficiency.
  • Strong Interpersonal Communication skills.
  • Strong Customer Service/Hospitality skills.

Compensation: $15 hourly
