Warehouse Team Member Level 1

Summary

Coordinate and perform logistics operation duties in cooperation with shift lead and in accordance with business objectives to deliver high quality products in time at the lowest possible cost by performing the following duties.

• Ensure that delivered goods are prepared in time and according to customer requirements (customer logistics handbook).
• Communicate with coworkers and supervisor regarding upcoming deliveries.
• Communicate with supervisor regarding shortages and other problems daily.
• Give feedback to your team members and support employees if they need help.
• Enter data in SAP to reflect movement of goods and to print labels.
• Follow all packaging instructions, work instructions, company and department guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Perform the loading and unloading of various stock.
• Perform the loading and unloading truck deliveries daily.
• Perform logistic related tasks for warehouse, receiving, shipping, empty containers.
• Ensure all relevant paperwork is correct, correctly filled out, attached to the respective container, or handed on according to process.
• From HR or area management, if needed. Ensure enforcement of policies and procedures.
• Identify areas of improvement and take necessary action.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by shift leader.

• Assures safety rules and procedures are always followed, do not tolerate any exceptions.
• If unsafe behavior is detected stop employee immediately.
