Lead Person - Receiving

We are seeking a qualified candidate for the Lead Person - Receiving role at Hamilton Beach Brands Inc. in Byhalia, Mississippi.

Lead Person – 2nd Shift, Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, at the Byhalia Distribution Center.

• Train new hires on proper driving techniques and work processes.
• Verify containers at the dock door at the start of shift.
• Assign work according to daily priorities.
• Ensure that team members follow all safety rules.
• Assist at the shipping desk as needed.
• Load, unload, and put away as required.

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse/distribution environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• WMS experience (High Jump preferred).
• Microsoft Office Suite experience.
• Forklift certification (preferred).

This position requires frequent sitting and standing. The employee must be able to bend, squat, kneel, reach overhead, and stand/walk for up to 4 hours at a time, as well as push/pull/lift up to 45 pounds.
