• Daily Dispatch:
  Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient service
• Route Management:
  Plan, optimize, and oversee routes to maximize efficiency and service quality
• Driver Supervision:
  Manage and supervise drivers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards
• Performance Monitoring:
  Track and evaluate driver performance, conduct regular assessments, and provide coaching and feedback
• Driver and Asset Utilization:
  Measure and monitor driver performance making sure we are fully utilizing our fleet to capacity

• Payroll Management:
  Process and manage driver payroll, including hours tracking, overtime, and compensation accuracy
• Scheduling:
  Create and maintain driver schedules, manage time‑off requests, and ensure adequate coverage
• Record Keeping:
  Maintain accurate records of routes, driver hours, vehicle logs, and incident reports
• Compliance:
  Ensure all drivers maintain proper licensing and meet regulatory requirements

• Safety Leadership:
  Promote and enforce safety standards, conduct safety meetings, and implement corrective actions
• Incident Management:
  Investigate incidents and accidents, document findings, and implement preventive measures
• Vehicle Oversight:
  Monitor vehicle inspections, maintenance schedules, and coordinate necessary repairs
• Customer Service:
  Address service‑related concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels

• Experience:
  
  3‑5 years in fleet management or transportation operations, preferably with local delivery services
• Leadership:
  Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop driver teams
• Payroll Knowledge:
  Experience with payroll processing and time‑tracking systems

  Hands‑on experience with dispatch operations and route planning
• Regulatory Knowledge:
  Understanding of DOT regulations, safety compliance, and driver qualification requirements
• Communication:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Technology:
  Proficiency with fleet management software, dispatch systems, and Microsoft Office

• Experience managing private shuttle or employee transportation fleets
• Familiarity with GPS tracking and fleet management technology
• Background in logistics or distribution operations
• Problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills
