As a Delivery Driver, you’ll put your safe driving skills to work and enjoy career stability with opportunities for growth. Auto Zone offers career stability and growth in an essential industry. No Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required, and you’ll use company-provided vehicles.

• Customer Service Excellence & Communication – Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Work with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation – Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies.
• Delivery Operations – Drive company-provided vehicles, ensure safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts per route schedules.
• Returns & Pickups – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Safety Compliance – Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Cash & Charge Transactions – Process customer payments securely and per company policies.
• Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products, maintain delivery vehicles, and report issues promptly.

• Minimum Age:
  Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Valid Driver’s License & Safety Compliance:
  Must have a valid driver’s license and follow Auto Zone’s driver safety requirements.
• Automotive Knowledge:
  Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Exceptional Communication:
  Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail:
  Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Hazmat Endorsement Preferred: A Hazmat endorsement is a plus for handling and transporting regulated materials safely.
