• Design and create engineering specifications for software applications and programs
• Write code that adheres to coding standards and perform code reviews
• Participate in all aspects of the application integration build process, from idea generation to execution
• Monitor work against the production schedule and report any issues or technical difficulties
• Mentor associate software engineers as needed and assist in sprint planning

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 3 years of proficiency in design and analysis of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Minimum of 3 years of understanding of web services technologies such as REST, HTTPS, and JSON
• Experience working with agile methodology and participating in scrum ceremonies

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience with Workday integration tools and technologies
• Knowledge of XSLT for transforming data within Workday Studio
• Familiarity with API management and troubleshooting integration issues
• Experience with Informatica Power Center and Dell Boomi for data integration
