Position: Property Maintenance Technician
Location: Tupelo, MS
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: Starting at $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Tupelo, MS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in property maintenance, preferably within apartment complexes or residential housing. While HVAC experience is not required, basic knowledge is a plus. Candidates should demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, a solid work history, and the ability to work independently.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting
• Respond promptly and professionally to daily maintenance requests and emergency calls
• Conduct regular property inspections and complete preventive maintenance tasks
• Maintain exterior areas, including landscaping and minor structural repairs
• Communicate effectively with property managers and tenants to address maintenance needs
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
• Accurately document completed work and materials used
• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and applicable building codes
• Complete additional duties as assigned

• Minimum of 2 years of property maintenance experience
• Experience working in apartment complexes or residential housing
• Basic HVAC knowledge preferred but not required
• Stable and consistent employment history
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and safely use ladders, hand tools, and power tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Maintenance experience: 1 year (preferred)
