HVAC Service Technician

Looking to TRADE UP to a better opportunity? Channells Heating and Cooling is looking for a self‑motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service team. Technicians are paid hourly plus commission.

• Diagnose, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
• Present options on new HVAC units
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem‑solving skills
• Maintain strong customer service
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 lbs.

• Must be experienced in trouble shooting, repairing, and selling HVAC
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Ability to work outdoors
