Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Ford vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle issues and repairs
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Ford technician training program preferred
- Strong attention to detail
