Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking lots, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access control points and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery check-in and/or verification in accordance with site requirements.;
Complete shift reports and incident documentation, communicate noteworthy activity to Allied Universal supervision and/or client contacts, and maintain a professional presence while on post.
