Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site staff, drivers, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and trailer yard, checking doors, dock areas, and restricted zones to help to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns observed during patrols and/or while observing cameras and alarm panels, escalating issues per post orders.;
Control access at entrances by verifying identification and/or delivery documentation, directing visitors and drivers to proper check-in locations, and documenting entries and exits as required.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing timely notifications to site leadership and completing clear written reports.
