The Senior Security Officer is responsible to the Security Supervisor and Security Manager for the successful performance of assigned duties and the overall safety and security of all patrons, employees, and company assets.
Qualifications- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Two years background in security, law enforcement and/or criminal justice with on-the-job training preferred.
- Ability to obtain a State of Mississippi Gaming License.
- Monitor officers on their appearance and performance of duties.
- Investigate customer complaints and/or problems.
- Responsible for assigning and proper coverage of all security posts.
- Responsible for safety and security of all guests and employees.
- Oversee the everyday security functions and make on the spot corrections of procedure infractions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality relative to incidents, investigations and all security operations in general.
