This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Salesperson based in Gluckstadt, MS. The Retail Salesperson will engage with customers to provide exceptional service, promote products, and assist in meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include understanding product features, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming and organized store environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing the customer experience while achieving individual and team sales goals.

• Strong skills in Retail Sales and Sales with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Comprehensive Product Knowledge and the ability to explain features and benefits effectively
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build positive customer relationships
• Enthusiasm for golf and outdoor products is a plus
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment
