JOB PURPOSE

We’re hiring a System Operator to join our GROVE (Grid Response Optimization of Virtual Energy) team. This role offers hands‑on training and clear career growth in the fast‑evolving world of distributed energy systems. You’ll work in our 24/7 operations center monitoring real‑time energy data and supporting grid optimization efforts nationwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor distributed generation assets and report on performance

Log and process dispatch signals with accuracy

Track and analyze energy data using Excel and internal tools
