Customer service associate

Responsibilities

• Help customers with questions or recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Secure cash and protect company assets.
• Maintain product displays and restock merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Create a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior customer‑service experience in retail, hospitality, or similar sector (highly preferred).
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lb. from floor to shoulder height and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Strong customer‑service, relational, organizational, communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
