Overview

The hourly Shift Manager plays a key role in the daily operations of the restaurant. They are accountable for directing the restaurant team and ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of daily operation, including food safety standards, training and motivating the restaurant team, delivering great guest service, leading guest relations, product preparation, inventory management, execution of cash policy, and ensuring that the highest quality products and guest service are delivered to each guest.

Responsibilities
  • Direct and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent guest service and maintain high standards of food safety, quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
  • Lead product preparation, inventory management, and adherence to cash handling policies.
  • Engage with guests to enhance satisfaction and address concerns as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned to support restaurant operations.
