Job SummaryEurest is a leader in business and industry dining, feeding employees of many large companies across the United States. As a member of Eurest’s leadership and professional support team, you will help our 16,000 chefs and in‑unit associates excel at delivering world‑class meals in corporate cafes, executive dining rooms, and on‑site catering. This growth‑minded position requires you to manage both the culinary and food service operations, ensuring high quality, cost control, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities- Full culinary management of the food service operation, including inventory, ordering, and receiving.
- Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract‑managed service experience is desirable.
- Proficiency in menu development, cost controls, purchasing, and inventory with a focus on sourcing and utilizing local food products.
- Passion for sustainability.
- Working knowledge of HACCP.
- Three years of culinary management experience in contract food service, fine dining, or restaurant settings, with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.
- Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends, focusing on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
- Experience with exposition cooking.
- Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract‑managed service experience is desirable.
