$5,000 Sign on Bonus available for a full‑time Weekend RN Unit Manager! Weekend shift; 16‑hour shifts – Full‑time hours. As a full‑time Weekend RN Unit Manager, you will work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in an agency‑free center to provide exceptional care to our patients and residents, guided by our mission to improve every life we touch and our core values of Integrity, Excellence, Compassion, Teamwork, and Stewardship.

As an RN Unit Manager, you will provide leadership and support to the care team, ensure patient/resident needs are met, evaluate team performance, and work directly with care team members to provide compassionate and professional care.

• Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse; experience in the long‑term care industry preferred.
• Ability to plan, evaluate, and coordinate services.
• Experience in triaging tasks, supervising nursing team members, and coordinating services to provide the optimum resident and patient experience.
