Responsibilities:

• Work 1:1 with clients, adhering to care plans
• Document tasks, observations, and evaluate outcomes
• Ensure quality care through monitoring and enforcing policies
• Receive clinical oversight from staff RN
• Assist with other duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Mississippi (or Compact State) LPN license
• At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in personal care
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
