HM Richards is a financially stable, 28-year-old upholstery and furniture manufacturing company focused on expansion. Our company mission is to make beautiful furniture while constantly reducing our environmental footprint by using planet friendly materials and processes.

We currently have an opening for a Frame Builder in our Guntown, MS location.

Summary:

* Assemble furniture frames on a daily basis in accordance with quality standards.

What you will be doing:

* Retrieve wood from work area and work with schedule to complete tasks.

* Uses frame parts such as top arm, leg rail, arm rail, skirt rail, back rail, front rail, back dollhead and front dollhead to complete furniture frame.

* Operates staple gun which weighs from five to ten pounds to staple frame parts together. Also use glue gun which weighs up to five pounds to glue frame parts together.

* Communicates with frame department supervisor or lead person on quality issues or bad frame parts.

* Perform other duties as instructed by the supervisor.

What we are looking for:

* At least 3 months of experience working in furniture manufacturing environment building frames is preferred.

* Knowledge about assembly line type environment

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Able to submit to a Drug test and background investigation.

Pay range is $22.50 - 24.00 / hour.
