This position will assist journeymen-level mechanical maintenance technicians in routine maintenance work as well as performing many duties independently. Our world class Global Manufacturing Training program provides paid hands-on experiences and classroom instruction in order to prepare you for your next promotion.

• Install machine and equipment according to lay-out plan, blueprints and other drawings
• Align machines and equipment using hoists, jacks, hand tools, dial indicators and laser alignment equipment
• Install machinery, new and existing equipment
• Repair and lubricate machine and equipment
• Refurbish/maintain valves, pumps, gear boxes, bearings, agitators, conveyors, turbines, paper machines, lime kiln
• Measure for bearing clearance and shaft diameters
• Troubleshoot equipment reliability issues
• Fabricate structural materials as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Millwright
  :
  Install, align, repair, refurbish components; troubleshoot; fabricate structural materials; operate and maintain related equipment.
• Machinist
  :
  Fit and assemble parts, diagnose malfunctions, read blueprints, use measuring equipment, repair/rebuild parts, fabricate parts, align machines, operate cranes/tow motors/forklifts.
• Welding
  :
  Read welding blueprints, perform MIG/TIG/Stick welding, field measurements, install pipes and valves, operate cranes/forklifts, fabricate materials.
• Pipefitter
  :
  Read blueprints, perform field measurements, install pipes/valves, fabricate materials, conduct pressure testing, understand plumbing/piping standards.

• At least 18 years of age
• Minimum high school graduate, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Eligible for employment in the US
• At least three (3) years of work experience in MILLWRIGHT, MACHINIST, WELDING, or PIPE FITTING
• Willing to meet requirements: industrial work environment, online testing/interviews/ hands-on assessment, drug screen, health assessment, periodic drug screens, shift work (including rotations), overtime with short notice, holidays/weekends, and wear safety equipment
• Preferred:
  Associates degree or certification in the listed mechanical disciplines; relevant industrial experience
