ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operational & Quality Control Responsibilities- Use the appropriate documentation to ensure all products and orders are received, handled and shipped correctly; verify that products and/or orders meet quality standards, report any damages or discrepancies.
- Stack, package, shrink wrap, and label products as defined by Standard Operating Procedures and Tray Appearance Guidelines.
- Conduct quality inspections of new production receipts, inbound shipments, and pre-load quality inspections of outbound shipments.
- Verify RF functions are used to load pallets; ensure all pallets for a shipment have been loaded with no pallets left behind.
- Return dock loading documentation to shipping clerk.
- Notify supervisor of any discrepancies between dock quantities and quantities on loading documentation.
- Perform post‑receipt validations regarding established quality criteria.
- Assist in updating visual aids, process instructions, quality procedures, corrective and preventive actions, client documentation.
- Assist in reviewing and validating all controlled documentation used and displayed throughout the plant against QIS.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects.
- Maintain clean and organized conditions (5S+) of the workstation(s) and/or area(s).
- Continuously work on improving operations communication.
- Support other areas as required.
- Execute all safety protocols and accomplish job tasks in a manner that promotes safety.
- Maintain a clean, neat, orderly work area and assist in security of the warehouse.
- Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site‑specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/SDS Standards.
- Perform assigned duties using equipment including but not limited to LP & electric forklift (sit‑down or stand‑up), swing reach truck, scrubber.
- Ensure upkeep of equipment and report equipment problems.
- Operate all equipment safely and efficiently following prescribed work methods.
- Perform or assist in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 1 year MHE experience.
- None
- Basic Microsoft, computer and email skills.
- RF scanners.
- WMS functions.
- English (reading, writing, verbal).
- Basic to intermediate level to verify quantities of product, count inventory, or perform other duties associated with handling, storing, and distributing client products.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to accomplish job tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance.
- Must be able to effectively adapt to change and perform in a stimulating, fast‑paced work environment.
- 6‑month's experience working in a warehouse/logistics/distribution environment.
- Current or prior MHE certification.
- Bending, climbing, crawling, handling/fingering, sitting, standing, walking.
- Lift/carry: 10 lbs or less, 11‑20 lbs, 21‑50 lbs, 51‑100 lbs.
- Reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat or kneel.
- Push/pull: 10 lbs or less, 11‑20 lbs, 21‑50 lbs, 51‑100 lbs.
