TKO Staff Pros, LLC is seeking a skilled Flux/Solid Core Welder or Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in welding and fabrication, with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and follow ASME codes. This position involves working on various construction and manufacturing projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

• Perform MIG, TIG, FCAW, and stick welding on materials including sheet metal and pipe.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and ASME codes to determine project specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as press brakes and plasma cutters for fabrication tasks.
• Assemble components accurately, utilizing measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Conduct rigging operations safely using cranes, forklifts, and other lifting equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a MIG welder or fitter.
• Welding Certification preferred

• Familiarity with mechanical and fabrication processes.
• Experience with ductwork assembly, pipe threading, or machining is a plus.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
