• You’ll take the lead in keeping our equipment running. You will implement maintenance initiatives to prevent costly repairs and extend machinery life, while inspecting and troubleshooting equipment to minimize downtime, reducing operational costs and ensuring seamless production.

• Performs maintenance as directed on all plant equipment and other duties in accordance with Bakelite guidelines.
• Keeps records of maintenance performed including preventive and repair maintenance on all plant equipment. Supplies record of maintenance performed to the Maintenance Supervisor and performs preventative and repair maintenance on all plant equipment.
• Performs fabrication, assembly, and erection of equipment and structures as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
