Job Duties- Ensure correct change of molds to maintain mold integrity and injection machine operation.
- Coordinate and initiate injection machines to meet production schedule.
- Verify material identification throughout production.
- Inspect drying and material filling process to ensure proper injection machine operation.
- Analyze mold damage causes and implement prevention using problem-solving methods.
- Provide feedback and training to production line personnel on recurrent faults.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in mold storage areas.
- Participate in assigned training programs and apply knowledge to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as a Mold Technician or similar role.
- Strong mathematical ability.
- Leadership and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Positive mindset toward challenges and ambiguity.
- Drive to assess challenges, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Critical thinking skills in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of industrial engineering and/or manufacturing processes.
- Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Self-directed and self-motivated.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced settings.
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule as needed.
- Team-oriented and contributes to a positive environment.
- Time management skills.
- Proficient in English, written and verbal.
