As Production Supervisor, you will provide supervision of plant team members in the daily attainment of scheduled production plans for each assigned area (i.e. box culvert, pre-stress, pipe and wet cast). The production supervisor works with the plant manager, sales, engineering, production scheduler and production team members to schedule and produce product to meet specifications and customer expectations.

• Oversees daily operations, ensuring efficient concrete production. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising staff, and enforcing safety protocols.
• Monitor equipment maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with maintenance teams.
• Coordinate raw material deliveries, maintain inventory, and optimize production processes.
• Effective communication with team members, management, and other departments to ensure seamless plant operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ supervisory experience including team building, facilitation, mentoring and follow-through.
• Knowledge of production management in the concrete industry or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of large machine operation, construction of infrastructure and shipping and fulfillment.
• Ability to provide direction, develop and lead a team, provide strategic direction, and inspire the team to achieve goals in a timely and cost-effective manner; apply problem solving techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills; professional, positive, courteous interaction at all times with all levels of team members.
• Ability to provide clear and concise verbal instructions and to listen and ask questions for understanding.
• General computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and database systems.
• Ability to read and apply information from plans, blueprints, work instructions and equipment manuals.
• Mathematical skills and mechanical abilities to diagnose and solve problems.
• Demonstrated positive attitude, strong work ethic and dedication.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel 5-10 percent of the time to locations and/or meetings.
