The Hospital Manager is responsible for supporting the overall business operations. This position is a key part of the day‑to‑day operation. The manager oversees the business operations to ensure steady workflow and uninterrupted care and service. The role is responsible for staff administration, including hiring and training as needed. The manager will oversee financial aspects such as billing, banking, inventory, equipment selection, facility cleanliness, and ordering supplies.

This leader will ensure a welcoming, customer‑focused work culture.

• Managing financial reporting of the business, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, budgeting, income reconciliation, credit, and banking.
• Inventory management including process flow and control.
• Managing patient medical records and ensuring the highest quality of accuracy.
• Responsible for interviewing and hiring needed staff members.
• Providing training for new hires.
• Scheduling needs for staff and doctors.
• Promotes and helps ensure a patient‑centered environment.
• Facilitates resolution of client problems that cannot be resolved by doctors or staff.
• Community involvement, including participation in fundraising and charity events.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stoop, bend, and stand on feet for long periods.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or relevant education and work experience.
• Certified Veterinary Practice Manager is desirable but not required.
• Customer service attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Professional and positive attitude that is people‑oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Team‑oriented and has skills to support a team‑based culture.
