. The position is hands‑on, high energy, and ideal for a candidate who is passionate about delivering quality food service. The role includes managing the Fulton campus dining hall, Chick‑fil‑A, and a retail grill, while ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations.
• Deliver high quality food service.
• Achieve company and client financial targets and goals.
• Develop and maintain client and customer relationships.
• Develop strategic plans.
• Create a positive environment.
• Ensure Sodexo standards are met.

• Strong employee engagement leadership and prior supervisory experience.
• Culinary production experience with a solid background in safety and sanitation compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally, and provide excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to prioritize tasks and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Working knowledge of Food Management Systems and proficient computer skills and report management experience (external candidates excluded).
