The Commercial Service Manager is responsible for pursuing opportunities for our Ford Pro Commercial Vehicle Customers and our Ford Mobile Service Program.

• Identify fleet prospects and providing convenient solutions tailored to the customer's needs
• Coordinate and arrange meetings to attract new customers as well as build value with existing customers
• Participate in Mobile Service vehicle demonstrations at customers location, trade shows, and dealership events
• Monitor service work in process to ensure that customers are kept informed of repair status and that repairs are completed in a timely manner, and all deadlines are met.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure objectives are met
• Address customer concerns quickly and effectively.
• Maintain high ethical standards in all activities
• Build and maintain positive and productive working relationships within and across departments through clear communications

• Previous Dealership Service Advisor / Management experience
• Outstanding customer service and customer retention skills
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
• Team building and development ability, motivational and leadership skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities

• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
