• Lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Support the General Manager by managing assigned departmental systems such as training, food safety, inventory management, and goal setting.
• Delegate tasks to team members, follow up on performance, and report results to fellow managers.

Prior McDonald’s Department Manager experience is preferred.
