Perform general building maintenance and repairs including:
Basic electrical work (lighting, outlets, fixtures);
Safety and Security:
Conduct regular facility inspections Maintain emergency systems Monitor security systems;
Administrative Duties:
Maintain maintenance records and logs Schedule preventive maintenance Coordinate with contractors Respond to maintenance requests;
Grounds maintenance including:
Landscape upkeep and seasonal preparation Snow removal and ice management Parking lot and sidewalk maintenance;
