- Using the appropriate documentation to ensure that all products and orders are received, handled and shipped correctly.
- Verifying that products and/or orders meet quality standards, including reporting any damages or discrepancies.
- Stacking, packaging, shrink wrapping, and labeling products.
- Conducting quality inspections of new production receipts, inbound shipments, and pre‑load quality inspections of outbound shipments.
- Verifying RF functions are being used to load pallets and ensuring all pallets for a shipment have been loaded with no pallets left behind.
- Returning dock loading documentation to the shipping clerk.
- Notifying the supervisor of any discrepancies between dock quantities and quantities on loading documentation.
- Performing post‑receipt validations regarding established quality criteria.
- Assisting in updating visual aids, process instructions, quality procedures, corrective and preventive actions, client documentation.
- Assisting in the review and validation of all controlled documentation used and displayed throughout the plant against QIS.
- Participating in Continuous Improvement Projects.
- Maintaining clean and organized conditions (5S+) of the workstation(s) and/or area(s).
- Continuously improving operations communication.
- Supporting other areas as required.
- Executing all safety protocols and performing all job tasks in a manner that promotes safety.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the facility and assisting in security of the warehouse.
- Complying with all Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site‑specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/SDS Standards.
- Performing assigned duties using equipment including LP & electric forklift (sit‑down or stand‑up), swing reach truck, and scrubber.
- Reporting equipment problems and operating equipment safely and efficiently.
- Performing or assisting in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned.

Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1 year MHE experience. - Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations: None.
- Computer
Skills:
Basic Microsoft, computer and email skills; RF scanners; WMS functions. - Language
Skills:
English (reading, writing, verbal). - Mathematical
Skills:
Basic to intermediate level to verify quantities, count inventory, and perform other duties associated with handling, storing, and distributing client products. - Other: Strong attention to detail, ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance, and ability to adapt to change in a fast‑paced environment.
- 6‑month’s experience working in a warehouse/logistics/distribution environment.
- Current or prior MHE certification.
Physical demands include repetitive tasks such as bending, carrying, lifting, and climbing, with occasional need to reach above shoulder height, reach outward, squat or kneel, push/pull up to 55 lbs, and perform general warehouse duties. Work may involve exposure to cold, warm, hot, humid weather, moderate dust, and low to moderate noise levels.
