RQ- Software Developer - CRM - Senior

Responsibilities

• Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications, including developing detailed programming specifications, writing or generating code, compiling data‑driven programs, maintaining and conducting unit tests.
• Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems that arise during the use and operation of software packages.

• Experience in programming and analysis; specialized CRM software package support at the specified experience level.
• Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications.
• Experience in design, code, test, debug and document applications.
• Experience in using object and/or third‑generation language development tools.
• Experience in one or more programming languages.
• Experience in application design, latest design patterns, deployment and troubleshooting.
• Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies.
• Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages.
• Experience with one or more communications protocols.
• Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines (CRM Software Development Skills).
• Knowledge and experience with specific CRM software and anticipated future releases, high availability solution design and implementation.
• Knowledge and experience with specific CRM enterprise architecture methodologies, design standards and tools.
• Experience with middleware and gateways.
• Expertise in specific tools for CRM software development.

• Knowledge and experience with programming Internet‑ready applications.
• Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.
• Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices.
• Experience with middleware and gateways.
• Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts blandt encoding, testing, debugging.
• Ability to provide post‑implementation support and resolve any post‑implementation technical issues.
• Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team.
• Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) andين related regulations and standards.
• Ability to provide user and system documentation as required.

• 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration, design, development and integration.
• 5+ years of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and related technologies.
• 5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
• 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18+ focusing on configuration and development.
• Experience in OBIEE and Power
  
  BI report development.
• Experience in HTML5, Cascading Style Sheets, jQuery and JavaScript.

• 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration, design, development and integration.
• 5+ years of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and related technologies.
• 5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
• 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18+ focusing on configuration and development.

• Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService.
• Experience with Grants Management.

• 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration, design, development and integration.
• 5+ years of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and related technologies.
• 5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
• 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18+ focusing on configuration and development.
